• No refund will be given once judging commences.
• Notification of cancellation must be sent to us via email or fax.

In the event that the award ceremony cannot be held on the scheduled date due to reasons beyond the organiser's control, the event will be postponed to a later date. As the postponement is due to reasons beyond the organiser's control, no refund of entry fees will be given. In the event that no award ceremony takes place, the award will be dispatched to winners by post.
