All entries must have been produced/aired for the African Market or commissioned by Africa based companies and gone on air between August 1, 2010 and August 18, 2011. The same criteria applies for printed materials, ad campaigns, websites and new media.

In the event that any individual category attracts fewer than the minimum number of entries (4) the organiser reserves the right to withdraw that category. In this event the participating companies will receive a credit towards future entry fees. No cash refund will be given.
